How long did it take you to be able to throw lightning?

Throwing lightning I learned pretty early on.

[Maybe not in the grand scheme of the first season, but in terms of Barry's time as a speedster, that was one of his first tricks.]

Flash time ... I still don't know how I learned to do that. It was just something that I started being able to do when I came out of the speed force.
