She can't say she would have reacted quickly when faced with that herself. "He may come to his senses and slaughter me later, but I don't know. Standing up to him felt good."
"He won't hurt you." Davina's words come out sharp and determined. Klaus has already taken too much from her. "I'll put a protection spell on you -- we can keep you safe."
"Don't worry," she says with a small sigh. "I'm on vervain and I'm going to move so that he can't just let himself in anymore. Hopefully once that's done, he'll get the message and leave me alone."
