Ethan feels being adventurous can be absolutely overrated sometimes. What matters far more than the setting is the people involved, and he personally feels that he could not be with better company at the bar.

Honestly, even when she is working, he'll stop by to visit her sometimes so he is ultimately familiar with the bar.
